A freight execution platform is only as good as its carrier network. Core carrier access starts free — more verified carriers on the platform means better matching, faster coverage, and stronger outcomes for brokers. As fleets grow, advanced carrier tiers add capability on top of that core access.
A shipment is any load that enters the FreightLabs execution pipeline and is confirmed for movement. Posted loads that aren’t covered don’t count.
You’re never cut off. Additional shipments are billed at the end of your billing cycle — $0.50/shipment on Professional, $0.25/shipment on Business. If you’re consistently over, it’s usually a sign your operation is ready for what Business adds — Execution Intelligence on top of execution.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes. Annual plans save 15% on the platform fee. Use the toggle on applicable plan cards to see annual rates. Overage and usage rates stay the same regardless of billing cycle.
